They do the job the right way, without shortcuts, AND they don't charge exorbitant prices. In fact, the prices are very reasonable! Pedro responded to our quote request the same day we submitted it. He came and gave us a quote within two days. His quote was very reasonable. The work was flawlessly executed within a week of signing the contract. The first painter didn't finish the painting on the first day of work, so Pedro returned the next day and finished it himself. Pedro and team did an amazing job on our floors. We contracted with them prior to closing on our home and within a week they stained our existing floors, replaced old carpet with new hardwoods, and upgraded some of our stair treads. I procrastinated getting flooring in the past because I did not want demo of the tile...not knowing they could install right on top!! It is absolutely stunning.
