Hardwood Floor Refinishing in Atlanta, GA

After dealing with subpar contractors in other areas of my home due to flooding, I was very selective in choosing a flooring company to repair my hardwood floors. Luckily, I found Impeccable Flooring, which exceeded my expectations. From my first meeting with the project manager, Allen, I knew I was in good hands. He is honest, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. My floors were repaired, sanded, and varnished, and throughout the entire process, I felt cared for, informed, and aware of every detail. Allen and his team did a phenomenal job. Their finish is FLAWLESS. Equally important is the honesty of this company. They do the job the right way, without shortcuts, AND they don't charge exorbitant prices. In fact, the prices are very reasonable! Every aspect of this company is top-notch, including the owner, Pedro, who is attentive and always willing to help. If you need a flooring company, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IMPECCABLE FLOORING!

Very helpful and professional service. Stretched some wall to wall carpet that had wrinkles. Also cleaned carpet when completed. Looks great. On time. Good communication. Good price.

Hiring Impeccable Floors was one of the best decisions I made for my home. Their team was experienced, communicative, and extremely skilled. They took the time to explain everything and ensured I felt comfortable with the process. The end result is breathtaking—smooth, even, and with a perfect finish. I will recommend the company to family and friends for many years to come.

Impeccable floors did an amazing job of adding missing floorboards and staining to match our existing floors after our kitchen remodel. The workmanship is superb and I'm unable to tell where our existing floor ends and their work began. I will be using them for all our flooring needs from now on!

I am very impressed with the work and professionalism of this company. I sent an email requesting a quote and received a response within an hour from Pedro Silvano, the owner. Allen/"Westley" provided my estimate and was my main contact throughout the entire process. We installed new wood flooring in our kitchen to match the existing wood throughout the main floor, which we had renovated. They matched the two spaces perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the final product overall. From start to finish, they were one of the most respectful and professional companies I have ever had in my home and the communication was A+. I am glad I chose them for so many reasons. Thank you Impeccable Floors (especially Pedro, "Westley" and Fred)!

Called this company after seeing 5 Stars on my Google search. They came right out to evaluate scratched hardwood floors. They were able to get to the job within a week. The team was very competent and did a great job repairing the damage. Results are terrific and the price very reasonable. Highly recommended. Would definitely use them in the future!

Pedro and his team were professional. They did quality work and addressed all my concerns quickly. The project took a little longer than expected but, the results were worth it!

Our experience with Impeccable Floors was fantastic! Initially, we hired them to restore the hardwood floor in one room, but the result was so spectacular that we immediately hired them to do the rest of the house. Not only did they arrive on time, but they finished almost a day ahead of schedule. The floors look incredible. We are very satisfied.

Very pleased with the service and value of Impeccable floors. Pedro was great to work with getting pricing and matching what we needed. His install team was prompt and diligent at finishing their work on time and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Impeccable Floors! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home, walked me through every step of the process, and completed the installation on time with great attention to detail. It's evident they take pride in what they do, and it shines through in their craftsmanship. If you're looking for a reliable flooring company that delivers exceptional results with friendly, top-notch service, I highly recommend Impeccable Floors.

Pedro responded to our quote request the same day we submitted it. He came and gave us a quote within two days. His quote was very reasonable. The work was flawlessly executed within a week of signing the contract. The first painter didn't finish the painting on the first day of work, so Pedro returned the next day and finished it himself. We are very satisfied and will keep his contact information for future work.

Pedro and team did an amazing job on our floors. We contracted with them prior to closing on our home and within a week they stained our existing floors, replaced old carpet with new hardwoods, and upgraded some of our stair treads. The guys worked long hours to help us meet a deadline. Our floors are beautiful and we will use Impeccable again!

The team arrived Friday morning to begin removing the old carpet and installing new hardwood flooring in the bedrooms. They worked quickly, discreetly, and efficiently. This was the best team we've ever worked with! I've lived in my house for 35 years and am a licensed interior designer. This team is made up of stars and top professionals! Your home is safe in their hands!

If I could give six stars, I would. From start to finish, Pedro and his team were very professional and dedicated! They helped me choose the ideal flooring with quality materials at an affordable price. They even helped move heavy furniture and came back to finish details. I would recommend this flooring company to anyone who needs it.

Alan and his team did an excellent job! They took care of everything, even with some last-minute challenges, such as having to redo part of my subfloor. The team showed great respect for my home. I would definitely recommend them.

We moved into an apartment and decided to replace the flooring. We needed to finish the second floor first and then wait for the first-floor kitchen renovation to be completed before replacing the first-floor flooring. Pedro and his team were very flexible, adhered to our schedule, and did a fantastic job. The flooring looks amazing. I also hired them to replace the balusters, handrails, and stair railings for a more modern look. That also looks fantastic. I was impressed by their ability to sand and stain the edges of the uncarpeted steps to match the new flooring! The team was punctual every day, worked with me as changes occurred during the project, and completed the work in just a few days. Cleaning and replacing/painting the moldings completed the job, and our home looks brand new! I highly recommend Impeccable Floors and would hire them again!!

We had just bought a house and needed to replace the upstairs carpet. The previous owners had installed beautiful cherry wood floors in the entryway and other rooms, and I had searched numerous other places to see if anyone had them in stock or could help me find a matching set. I was working with another flooring company that highly recommended Pedro and Impeccable Floors, and I couldn't be happier. They turned out even better than the ones I was trying to match. They were punctual (arriving early most days), communicative, and professional. The price was very reasonable for a floor that exactly matched what we had received. They will be our first choice for any future flooring needs.

Pedro and his team are incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. They helped me choose the right stain color, explained how the products work, and kept me informed throughout the project. My floors were in very bad shape, but Impeccable Floors brought them back to life. The result was so good that even my neighbors noticed and asked which company I hired.

Impeccable Floors replaced our hardwood floors with a combination of wood and tile, and also replaced our backsplashes. Allen was our project manager and was very knowledgeable. He helped us through product selection to make sure we wouldn't have any issues during installation. He was at our house every day to make sure the project ran smoothly. The installers were great, did excellent work, and were very professional. We definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality of the work and the great attention to detail! The prep they did to level the floor before installation was essential for the project to go smoothly. I highly recommend Impeccable Floors!! The price was very fair, the quoting software made everything easy for me, and they were professional every step of the way. Thank you, Pedro!

I recommend Impeccable Floors for hardwood installation. They did an amazing job and I'm very happy with the results. My original floor was discontinued, so they worked with me to find a hardwood that matched—bringing samples to compare. The installers worked hard and cleaned everything up after the job.

I have a hard time making decisions, but this guy was extremely patient with me—coming back several times to show me samples. I'm very detail-oriented and was worried the process would be complicated. To my surprise, they exceeded my expectations and found affordable solutions for problems that came up, with no hidden extra fees. At the end of each day, they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Their work ethic, manners, and integrity really stand out. Their prices were among the lowest compared to several companies I got quotes from. Definitely a quality company that I'll recommend to my friends.

Great company! They installed the carpet perfectly. The staff is punctual and friendly.

Thank you to Pedro and his team for my new floors. I hired him for two services at my new home and I loved the results. He communicated well and was easy to reach if I had any questions. I highly recommend him and his team.
